Empty houses don’t sell as quickly or for as much as staged houses, so the decision to stage the house was an easy one. Although the house was fairly new it required a classic look to appeal to potential buyers in this upmarket suburb.
The house went under offer on the first weekend of viewing and was sold before the scheduled auction for a figure that exceeded the client’s expectations.
